How It Works

1. Choose Your Apparel

   • Browse our wide selection of hats, shirts, jackets, and more by clicking the button below. We work with trusted apparel brands to ensure quality and comfort in every stitch.

2. Send Us Your Artwork Have a logo or design ready?

   • Great! You can send us your existing file, or we can help you create one. All embroidery files must be digitized into a stitch format before production.

3. Digitizing & Setup

   • A one-time setup fee starting at $50 covers the digitizing process and preparation of your design for embroidery. This fee may vary depending on the complexity and stitch count of your design.

4. Review & Approve

   • Once digitized, we’ll send you a preview for approval before we begin embroidery to ensure everything looks just the way you want.

5. We Stitch It Up After approval, we’ll get to work on your order!

   • Turnaround time varies based on the size of the order and garment availability.

Want to Bring Your Own Apparel?

We currently accept customer-provided garments on a case-by-case basis. If you’d like to bring your own items, please contact us first so we can confirm if they’re suitable for embroidery.
